疏肝和胃饮加减在肝胃不和型胆汁反流性胃炎治疗中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的分析疏肝和胃饮加减在肝胃不和型胆汁反流性胃炎(BRG)中的临床价值。方法选取2016年4月至2017年4月在我院接受治疗的96例肝胃不和型BRG患者,由计算机编号,按照单双数法分为观察组(n=48,采用疏肝和胃饮加减治疗)与对照组(n=48,采用常规西药治疗)。比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率、治疗后血清指标改善情况、各项症状积分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用疏肝和胃饮加减治疗肝胃不和型BRG患者,可明显改善患者病情,促进各项血清指标恢复正常值。Objective To analyze the clinical value of shuganhewei decoction in the treatment of liver and stomach disharmony bile reflux gastritis(BRG).Methods A total of 96 patients with hepatic and gastric disharmony BRG who were treated in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were enrolled in the study.The numbers were divided into observation group(n=48)and control group(n=48)according to single and double numbers,the control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with shuganhewei decoction,and the therapeutic eff ects of the two groups were compared.Results The total eff ective rate of treatment,the improvement of serum indexes after treatment,and the scores of various symptoms in the observation group were signifi cantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of liver and stomach disharmony BRG with shuganhewei decoction can signifi cantly improve the patient's condition and promote the return of normal serum values.
