摘　　要：创新是引领发展的第一动力,良好的金融市场环境是实现企业创新的重要支撑。本文分析了技术创新的金融市场因素,并从风险投资与企业创新、资本市场与企业创新、宏观市场环境与企业创新三个层面,全面系统地梳理了国内外金融市场与企业技术创新之间的关系和作用机制,找出导致创新不足的主要原因,同时指出健全和完善多层次资本市场是创新发展的持续动力,最后从政府资金支持和政策改革两个方面对未来的研究给予展望。Innovation is the first driving force to lead development,and a good financial market environment is an important support for enterprise innovation.This paper analyzes the financial market factors of technological innovation,comprehensively and systematically combs the relationship and mechanism between domestic and foreign financial markets and enterprise technological innovation from three levels including venture capital investment and enterprise innovation,capital market and enterprise innovation,macro market environment and enterprise innovation,finds out the main reasons for the lack of innovation.At the same time,it is pointed out that perfecting the multi-level capital market is the continuous driving force of innovation and development.Finally,the future research is prospected from the two aspects of government financial support and policy reform.
