摘  要:装配式桥梁桥面湿接缝密集、剪应力大、与铺装层结合薄弱,其铺装层使用寿命面临巨大挑战。高强透水混凝土采用纯无机材料,与桥面板相容性好,其强度在C40以上,抵抗荷载作用强,同时兼具排水抗滑的优点,能够提升铺装层耐久性。对高强透水混凝土在冻融、冲击、磨耗下的耐久性进行研究,结合铺装结构的功能要求、受力需要以及施工便利性,提出一种高强、持久的复合结构,通过实体工程应用,从材料特性、作用和界面等方面,形成相应施工技术。Fabricated bridge have large number of wet joints,It’s deck has high shear stress and pavement layer combination is weak.The pavement layer life of fabricated bridge facing great challenges.High strength pervious concrete is made of pure inorganic materials.It has good compatibility with the bridge panel and the intensity is above C40,This material has the advantages of strong resistance to load and resistance to slippage,It can improve pavement layer durability.In this paper,study on the durability of high strength pervious concrete under freeze thawing,abrasion and pressing.Combined with the functional requirements,construction convenience and stress requirement of pavement structure,put forward a high strength and durable composite structure.By the physical engineering applications,from the materials of features,functions and interfaces,to form corresponding construction technology.
