摘  要:在高校,财务人员是教师队伍重要组成,是高校发展中坚力量。然而,受个体状况、财务特点、工作环境、社会偏见等主客观综合因素影响,财务人员中普遍存在不同程度的职业倦怠问题。亟需引起足够重视,并采取有效措施,在提高自身思想素质、加强对财务工作的理解支持、打造和谐团队、完善考核和激励机制等方面综合推进。In colleges and universities,the financial staff is an important component of the teaching staff,is the backbone of the development of colleges and universities.However,under the influence of personal status,financial characteristics,working environment,social prejudice and other subjective and objective factors,there are various degrees of job burnout among financial staff.It is urgent to arouse enough attention and take effective measures to improve their ideological quality,strengthen understanding and support of financial work,build a harmonious team,improve the evaluation and incentive mechanism.
