摘 要:为缓解城际干道因潮汐现象造成的拥堵问题,以路段流量、行程时间等实地调查数据为基础,考虑路段车道数对通行能力折减的影响,建立符合路段实际运行情况的BPR(Bureau of Public Road)函数,结合检测器实时监控的路段流量构建可变车道优化模型,提出适用于城际干道的可变车道自适应控制系统,并以算例的形式验证了其有效性.结果表明,通过可变车道优化及自适应式控制不仅提高了城际干道的道路资源利用率,缓解了交通拥堵和道路资源闲置并存的问题,还减少了路段总出行时间.In order to alleviate the congestion caused by the tidal phenomenon in the intercity arterial road,based on the field survey data such as the road flow and travel time,considering the impact of the number of lanes on the reduction of traffic capacity,a BPR(Bureau of Public Road)function is established,which is in line with the actual operation of the road section.Combined with the real-time monitoring of the flow of the road section by the detector,a variable lane optimization model is constructed,and a variable lane adaptive control system for intercity arterial road is proposed.And the validity of the method is verified by a numerical example.The results show that the variable lane optimization and adaptive control not only improve the utilization rate of road resources,alleviate the problems of traffic congestion and idle road resources,but also reduce the total travel time of road sections.
