摘 要:通过1m3试验舱对乘用车轮胎的碳氢排放进行模拟研究,结果发现,热浸1h下的轮胎的碳氢排放为持续增加,热浸的碳氢排放值为历时24h时的1/5~1/2;历时48h的碳氢排放是24h的2~3倍,并且整个过程碳氢排放一直在持续增加;通过Tenax-TA采样并进行GC-MS分析获得轮胎的碳氢排放的主要有机组分。该方法为研究非金属零部件对整车碳氢排放的贡献影响提供了参考。A simulation study on the hydrocarbon emissions of passenger car tires was carried out through a 1m3 test chamber.The test results found that the hydrocarbon emissions of tires under hot soaking for 1h continued to increase,and the value of the hydrocarbon emissions from hot soaking was 1/of that of 24h 5-1/2;Hydrocarbon emissions in 48 hours are 2-3 times that of 24 hours,and the hydrocarbon emissions have been increasing throughout the process;Through Tenax-TA sampling and GC-MS analysis,the main components of the tire’s hydrocarbon emissions Organic components.This method provides a reference method for studying the impact of non-metallic components on the contribution of vehicle hydrocarbon emissions.
