单纯中鼻甲气化致筛前神经痛20例误诊分析

摘　　要：目的探讨单纯中鼻甲气化致筛前神经痛误诊断的原因,提高对本病的认识及识别能力。方法对我院及其他医院2015年2月~2018年3月收治误诊的20例单纯中鼻甲气化致筛前神经痛进行总结分析并对两例经典病例进行详细分析总结。结果通过来我院进行相关治疗后,术后患者症状消失,随访一年,未再复发。结论中鼻甲气化致筛前神经痛临床表现缺乏特异性,由于临床医师对中鼻甲气化致筛前神经痛不足,易造成延误诊断,故加强其他科室医师对此病的认识,密切观察病情,以提高识别能力。做到早期诊断早期治疗,改善预后。Objective To investigate the reasons for the misdiagnosis of preethmoidal neuralgia caused by simple middle turbinate gasification,and to improve the understanding and recognition of this disease.Methods A summary analysis of 20 misdiagnosed cases of preethmoidal neuralgia caused by gasification of the middle turbinate in our hospital and other hospitals from February 2015 to March 2018 was conducted,and two classic cases were analyzed and summarized in detail.Results After coming to our hospital for related treatment,the patient's symptoms disappeared after the operation,followed up for one year,and no recurrence.Conclusion The clinical manifestations of preethmoidal neuralgia caused by middle turbinate gasification lack specificity.Because clinicians are not sufficiently aware of preethmoidal neuralgia caused by middle turbinate gasification,it is easy to cause delay in diagnosis.Therefore,doctors in other departments should be more aware of this disease and closely observe the condition.To improve recognition ability.Achieve early diagnosis and early treatment to improve the prognosis.
