摘 要:目的从患者、临床护士、手术医生三种视角下探讨上臂输液港与胸壁输液港应用体验,对比是否有差异性,为今后临床开展上臂输液港提供参考依据。方法1、质性研究:采用现象学方法,半结构式访谈的方法,运用colaizzi分析法对收集的访谈资料深入分析、归纳及概括。2、量性研究:(1)采用数字评分法,在置管后2h内评估上臂港、胸壁港患者的置管疼痛评分。(2)对比导管尖端位置准确率。结果运用colaizzi分析法,发现上臂港比胸壁港置港疼痛分值小,P<0.05,具有统计学差异。上臂港尖端位置准确率比胸壁港高,P<0.05,具有统计学差异。结论从患者、临床护士、手术医生三种视角的研究中得出:上臂港优于胸壁港,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To explore the application experience of upper arm infusion port and chest wall infusion port from three perspectives of patients,clinical nurses and surgeons.Methods 1.Qualitative research:using phenomenological method,semi-structured interview method,using colaizzi analysis method to collect the interview data in-depth analysis,induction and summary.2.quantitative study:(1)the pain score of patients with upper arm port and chest wall port was evaluated within 2 h after catheterization by digital scoring method.(2)Comparison of catheter tip position accuracy.Result Use cola izzi analysis showed that the pain score of the upper arm port was less than that of the chest wall port,P<0.05,with statistical difference.he accuracy of the tip position of the upper arm port is higher than that of the chest wall port,P<0.05,with statistical difference.Conclusion From the study of patients,clinical nurses and surgeons,it is concluded that the upper arm port is superior to the chest wall port,which is worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
