摘  要:目的观察肝样腺癌癌组织甲胎蛋白(AFP)、CAR-T靶点蛋白(Glypican-3)及白细胞分化抗原133(CD133)的表达变化。方法36例肝样腺癌患者(观察组)及20例普通型胃腺癌患者(对照组),均行肿瘤切除术,术中保留癌组织,免疫组化法检测两组癌组织AFP、Glypican-3及CD133,并分析AFP、Glypican-3及CD133表达与肝样腺癌患者临床病理参数及预后的关系。结果观察组、对照组癌组织AFP阳性表达率分别为47.2%(17/36)、10.0%(2/20),Glypican-3阳性表达率分别为61.1%(22/36)、5%(1/20),CD133阳性表达率分别为52.8%(19/36)、35.0%(7/20),与对照组比较,观察组癌组织AFP、Glypican-3阳性表达率升高(P均<0.05)。CD133表达与肝样腺癌患者血清AFP水平升高有关(P<0.05)。结论肝样腺癌患者癌组织AFP、Glypican-3、CD133表达均升高。AFP、Glypican-3可能参与肝样腺癌的发生发展。Objective To explore the expression of AFP,Glypican-3 and cluster of differentiation 133(CD133)in the hepatoid adenocarcinoma.Methods Thirty-six patients with hepatoid adenocarcinoma(the observation group)and 20 patients with ordinary gastric adenocarcinoma(the control group)were treated with tumor resection.The tumor tissues were preserved during the operation.AFP,Glypican-3 and CD133 in the two groups were detected by immunohistochemistry,and the relationships of expression of AFP,Glypican-3,and CD133 with the clinicopathologic parameters and prognosis of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma were analyzed.Results In the observation group and the control group,the positive expression rates of AFP were 47.2%(17/36)and 10.0%(2/20),respectively;the positive expression rates of Glypican-3 were 61.1%(22/36)and 5%(1/20);and the positive expression rates of CD133 were 52.8%(19/36)and35.0%(7/20),respectively.Compared with the control group,the positive expression rates of AFP and Glypican-3 increased in the observation group(both P<0.05).The expression of CD133 was correlated with the increase of serum AFP level in patients with hepatoid adenocarcinoma(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of AFP,Glypican-3,and CD133 in hepatocellular carcinoma increase,and AFP and Glypican-3 may be involved in the development and progression of hepatoid adenocarcinoma.
