摘 要:24 m跨度高大平房仓安装横向通风系统,采用变压吸附制氮设备。智慧粮库综合管理控制系统,将仓库平均氮气浓度充至98.5%以上,比较连续充气法和间隔充气法氮气分布情况和浓度变化规律。试验证明连续充气法在能耗和效率方面明显优于间隔充气法,24 m跨度的横向通风系统高大平房仓应用变压吸附制氮气调是可行的。The 24 m span large size horizontal warehouse with a transverse ventilation system in yinong grain depot of Hangzhou xiaoshan grain purchasing and marketing Co., Ltd., adopts the equipment of pressure swing adsorption nitrogen production, and the intelligent grain depot integrated management and control system. The average nitrogen concentration of the warehouse is filled to more than 98.5%, comparing the continuous aeration method with the intermittent aeration method. The experiment shows that the continuous aeration method is obviously superior to the intermittent aeration method in terms of energy consumption and efficiency. And the 24 m span large size horizontal warehouse with a transverse ventilation system is absolutely feasible in the application of psa nitrogen production equipment technology.
