摘 要:为使稻谷达到准低温储藏目标,在仓内分别综合应用空调、稻壳压盖、吊顶控温技术与单空调控温技术做对比,分析粮堆温度、水分、黄粒米率、脂肪酸值、虫害变化情况。结果表明,综合应用空调+稻壳压盖控温技术的控温效果好,减少了粮食水分的损失,延缓了粮食劣变,抑制了稻谷的黄变和虫害的发生,是一种既能确保绿色安全储粮,又符合粮库需求的高效控温储粮技术,其经济效益和社会效益显著。In order to achieve the goal of quasi low temperature storage of rice, the comprehensive application of air conditioner, rice husk covering, ceiling temperature control technology and single air conditioner temperature control technology were compared in the warehouse. The changes of grain pile temperature, moisture, yellow rice rate, fatty acid value and insect pests were analyzed. The results show that the comprehensive application of air conditioner and rice husk cover temperature control technology has good temperature control effect, which can reduce the loss of grain moisture, delay the deterioration of grain, and inhibit the occurrence of rice yellowing and insect pests. It is an efficient temperature control grain storage technology which can not only ensure green and safe grain storage, but also meet the needs of grain depot. Its economic and social benefits are significant.
