地方高校非学历教育培训的困境和思考——基于江苏高校培训情况分析

摘　　要：地方高校非学历教育培训工作受到学校影响力、地理位置、经济发展水平和交通等因素影响,面临很多挑战和困境,部分高校培训工作进展缓慢,甚至停滞不前。文章根据江苏高校培训情况,分析了地方高校开展非学历教育培训工作的困境,提出"重视顶层设计,制定科学发展规划和管理制度;找准办学定位,发挥学科优势,凝练培训特色;加强课程开发设计,突出培训课程优势和吸引力;重视市场推广和项目营销,打造优质培训品牌,以品牌立市场;构建有效的监督和评价体系,确保实现既定目标"等思考和建议。Non-academic education in local colleges and universities are affected by school influence,geographical location,economic development level,traffic location and other factors.It is facing many challenges and difficulties,the progress is slow or even stagnant.Based on the analysis of Jiangsu universities,this paper analyzes the difficulties,puts forward ideas and suggestions:attaching importance to the top-level planning,formulating the development planning and management system;finding the school positioning,developing characteristics and discipline advantages,strengthening curriculum development and design,highlighting the advantages of training courses;paying attention to marketing,building brands;constructing effective supervision and evaluation system to achieve the goals.
