摘　　要：目的:建立陕西地区不同垂直骨面型人群舌骨位置的正常参考值范围并探究其发育特点和性别差异。方法:筛选陕西地区笔者科室就诊的255例拍摄头颅定位侧位片的患者,根据垂直骨面型、性别及牙龄分为18个组并测量各组舌骨位置,对数据进行统计学分析。结果:建立了陕西地区不同垂直骨面型人群舌骨位置正常参考值范围。男性舌骨位置比女性显著靠下,生长发育变化存在性别差异。舌骨水平向位置在男女间无显著性差异;低角组H-Pcd随生长发育变化较明显;恒牙列期高角人群的舌骨位置明显更靠后,H-Me、H-MP值大小无明显性别规律。结论:通过建立地区舌骨位置正常参考值范围,初步阐明了垂直骨面型、性别、生长发育阶段对正常人群舌骨位置有一定的影响。本研究对进一步建立健全与舌骨位置相关的各类临床疾病的辅助诊断体系有着重要意义。Objective To establish the normal reference value range of the hyoid bone position of people with different vertical facial types in Shaanxi province and explore its developmental characteristics and gender differences.Methods The lateral cephalometric radiographs of 255 subjects of Shaanxi people were divided into 18 groups according to their vertical facial types,gender and tooth age.Positions of the hyoid bone were measured and the data were statistically analyzed.Results The normal reference value range of the hyoid bone position with different vertical facial types was established.The vertical position of the hyoid bone of male was significantly lower than that of the female.There were also gender differences in development changes.Anteroposterior position analysis showed no significant sex difference;low-angle group's H-Pcd changed significantly with growth and development;hyoid position of the high-angle people in permanent dentition was significantly more backward.No obvious gender regularity was found in H-Me and H-MP.Conclusion By establishing the normal reference value range of the hyoid bone position in the region,it is preliminarily clarified that the vertical facial type,gender,and growth and development stage exert influence on the hyoid bone position of the normal population.This research is of great significance to establish and improve the auxiliary diagnosis system of various clinical diseases related to the position of the hyoid bone.
