摘　　要：目的:探讨烤瓷牙对牙周病患牙的修复效果及牙周指标的影响。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年1月于笔者科室接受治疗并确诊的100例慢性牙周病患者,观察治疗后患者牙齿修复效果、牙齿功能恢复情况及牙周组织情况。结果:治疗后,患者牙齿整体外形、边缘密合度、龈缘着色及颜色匹配优良率分别为96.00%、94.00%、90.00%、90.00%;治疗后,患者咀嚼功能及语言功能评分较治疗前显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者IL-23、PLI、GI较治疗前有明显差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:烤瓷牙修复牙周病患牙能够促进牙体整体外形的改善,增强边缘密合度,促进牙齿功能恢复,但有可能对牙周组织存在一定影响。Objective To investigate the effect of porcelain restoration and its effect on periodontal tissue among patients with periodontal disease.Methods 100 patients with periodontal disease underwent porcelain restoration in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were enrolled.After treatment,the tooth restoration,the recovery of tooth function and the health condition of periodontal Tissue were observed.Results The excellent rate of teeth shape,margin fitness,gingival coloration and color matching of the observation group were 96.00%,94.00%,90.00%and 90.00%,respectively(P<0.05).The scores of masticatory function and language function were increased in after treatment(P<0.05).IL-23,PLI and GI values were the higher in o group than in after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Porcelain restoration can effectively improve the overall shape of teeth,enhance the marginal density,and promote restoration of tooth function,while it may cause some negative influence in periodontal tissue.
