纳米复合树脂材料在前牙美容修复中的应用效果及对患者牙周状况的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨前牙美容修复中纳米复合树脂材料的应用对患者疼痛症状与牙齿敏感发生率的影响。方法:选择2019年1月-2020年1月在笔者医院口腔科进行前牙修复的200例患者为研究对象,根据修复材料使用情况分为观察组(n=105)和对照组(n=95),对照组给予光固化复合树脂材料修复,观察组采用纳米复合树脂材料修复。比较两组患者修复后效果,疼痛症状、牙齿敏感发生率、患者满意度及并发症发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者临床优良率分别为93.33%、75.79%(P<0.05);观察组术后1周、术后1个月及术后3个月疼痛评分均显著低于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05);观察组术后1周、术后1个月及术后3个月牙齿敏感度发生率均显著低于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者总满意度分别为98.10%、84.21%,有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组并发症总发生率分别为11.43%、36.84%,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:在前牙美容修复患者中使用纳米复合树脂材料效果显著,可有效改善患者疼痛症状与牙齿敏感发生率,且并发症更少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study Effects of nanocomposite resin on the incidence of pain symptoms and tooth sensitivity in cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth.Methods 200 patients undergoing anterior tooth restoration in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as research objects.According to the use of repair materials,they were divided into the observation group(n=105)and the control group(n=95).The control group was treated with uv-cured composite resin materials,while the observation group was treated with nanocomposite resin materials.The results of the two patients after repair,the incidence of pain symptoms,tooth sensitivity,patient satisfaction and complications were compared.Results After treatment,the excellent and good rates of the two groups were 93.33%and 75.79%,respectively(P<0.05).The pain scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group 1 week after surgery,1 month after surgery and 3 months after surgery(P<0.05).The incidence of tooth sensitivity in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group 1 week after surgery,1 month after surgery and 3 months after surgery(P<0.05).After treatment,the total satisfaction of patients in the two groups was 98.10%and 84.21%,respectively,with significant difference(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the two groups was 11.43%and 36.84%,respectively,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of nanocomposite resin material in anterior tooth repair patients has a significant effect,can effectively improve the incidence of pain symptoms and tooth sensitivity in patients,and fewer complications,it is worth promoting and applying.
