摘 要:介绍了一种基于改进PID算法的射频消融治疗仪的研制。它基于射频原位灭活原理。采用改进PID控温算法,解决了治疗过程中加热引起肿瘤组织性质变化使控温性能降低的问题,确保对肿瘤病灶进行均匀、平稳的射频加热。实验证明,算法适应性强、抗干扰能力强、控温精度较高(±2℃),仪器工作稳定可靠,具有较高的临床应用价值。The development of a RF ablation therapeutic instrument based on improved PID algorithm is introduced here. It is based on the theory of radio frequency local destruction. By adopting the improved PID temperature control algorithm, the problem of the temperature control precision reduction due to tumor tissue characteristic changing by heating has been solved, thus ensuring homogeneous and smooth radio frequency heating to tumor foci.Experiments demonstrates that the new algorithm has strong adaptability and anti-disturbance capability, the equipment works stably and reliably, and can control therapeutic temperature precisely(±2℃), which indicates a good clinical application value.
