肿瘤多药耐药机制及中药抗耐药作用研究进展

摘　　要：肿瘤细胞的多药耐药性(multidrug resistance,MDR)是肿瘤患者化疗失败的重要原因之一,其产生机制是一个复杂、多样的过程,主要包括:跨膜蛋白介导的MDR、酶系统介导的MDR、DNA损伤修复功能失衡引起的MDR、凋亡调控基因介导的MDR、及低氧诱导因子-1α介导的MDR等几个方面。中药逆转肿瘤的MDR有其独特的优势,受到国内外学者的广泛关注,现将肿瘤MDR的产生机制及近年来中药逆转MDR的研究进展做一综述。Multidrug resistance(multidrug resistance,MDR)of tumor cells is one of the important reasons of chemotherapy failure in tumor patients,and its mechanism is complex and a diverse process,it mainly includes:transmembrane protein-mediated MDR,enzyme system-mediated MDR,MDR caused by enhanced cell repair ability to DNA damage,apoptosis regulatory gene-mediated MDR,and hypoxia inducible factor-1α-mediated MDR and so on.Traditional Chinese medicine has its unique advantages in reversing tumor MDR,which has been widely concerned by scholars at home and abroad.This paper reviews the mechanism of tumor MDR and the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in reversing MDR in recent years.
