提升地方高校农学专业学生综合素养初探

摘　　要：农业科技转化成生产力的根本在于农业人才的培养,地方农业高校是培养农业人才的摇篮,是美丽乡村建设和生态文明建设的奠基石。因此,努力培养好地方应用型农业人才,是当下的重中之重。自2010年以来,宜春学院农学专业围绕“服务地方农业生产,提升农学专业办学水平,为地方社会经济发展培养优秀农业人才”为办学宗旨进行教学改革和专业建设探索,取得了显著成效。利用问卷调查法和面对面咨询的方法收集了农学专业的毕业生和在校生的综合能力、个人素养及观念变化等方面的情况,并进一步对这些方面进行了总结分析。结果表明,宜春学院农学专业建设成效显著,尤其是对于提升学生的认知能力、实践操作能力、团队合作意识、考研就业率等方面起到了积极作用,但在专业建设过程中也存在一些问题。因此,宜春学院农学专业建设需要结合江西区域的农业发展状况努力探索出一套既能服务地方经济发展又能促进专业建设的人才培养方案和人才培养体系,从而提高学生的综合素养和能力。The fundamental of the transformation on agricultural science and technology into productive forces lies in the cultivation of agricultural talents.Local agricultural colleges and universities are the cradle for cultivating agricultural talents.They are the cornerstone of beautiful rural construction and ecological civilization construction.Therefore,currently it is the priority to strive to cultivate local applied agricultural talents.Since 2010,Yichun University’s agronomy major has made remarkable achievements in teaching reform and professional construction for the purpose of“serving local agricultural production,upgrading the level of agronomy,and cultivating outstanding agricultural talents for local social and economic development”.The questionnaire survey method and face-to-face consultation method were used to collect the comprehensive ability,personal literacy and concept changes of the graduates of agronomy majors,and further summarized these aspects.The results show that Yichun College’s agronomy major has achieved remarkable results,especially for improving students’cognitive ability,practical operation ability,teamwork awareness,and postgraduate employment rate.However,there are also some problems in the professional construction process.Therefore,the construction of agronomy in Yichun College needs to combine with the agricultural development in Jiangxi Province to explore a talent training program and talent training system that can serve both local economic development and professional development,thus improving students’comprehensive quality and ability.
