摘　　要：查阅CD44基因多态性与乳腺癌(BC)相关的研究文献,从CD44基因多态性与BC的易感性、CD44基因多态性与BC的化疗敏感性及预后两方面进行概述,提出目前研究中存在的不足,并对其今后的研究方向进行展望,为BC的临床诊疗提供参考。By consulting the relevant research literature on CD44 gene polymorphism and breast cancer(BC),this paper summarizes from 2 aspects including the CD44 gene polymorphism and the susceptibility of BC,CD44 gene polymorphism and the chemosensitivity and prognosis of BC,puts forward the deficiencies of the present research,and presents the research direction of it in future,so as to provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis treatment of BC.
