益气安神汤用于乳腺癌的疗效及对体内免疫相关因子水平影响研究

摘　　要：目的研究益气安神汤用于乳腺癌患者的疗效及患者体内免疫相关因子水平影响。方法选取医院2015年10月—2018年10月收治的乳腺癌患者128例,按照入院顺序分为对照组(新辅助化疗方案治疗)和观察组(新辅助化疗方案联合益气安神汤治疗),分析两组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为67.19%(43/64),对照组为43.75%(28/64),观察组患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前血清人类表皮生长因子受体-2(Her-2)、拓扑异构酶Ⅱ(TOPII)阳性率组间比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后Her-2阳性率(26.56%,17/64)、TOPII阳性率(28.13%,18/64)低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前免疫相关因子水平组间比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平高于对照组,但白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平与对照组比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组6个月后复发率(54.69%,35/64)、转移率(35.94%,23/64)低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气安神汤可促进气血两虚型乳腺癌患者免疫机制的恢复,降低Her-2、TOPII的阳性表达,减少近期肿瘤复发或转移。Objective To study the effect of Yiqi Anshen Decoction on the patients with breast cancer and the levels of immune-related factors in patients. Methods A total of 128 cases of breast cancer were selected from our hospital(October 2015 to October 2018). According to the order of admission, the patients were divided into the control group(the new adjuvant chemotherapy regimen) and the observation group(the new adjuvant chemotherapy regimen combined with Yiqi Anshen Decoction) to analyze the clinical curative effect after the treatment. Results The total effective rate was 67.19%(43/64) in the observation group and 43.75%(28/64) in the control group, and the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the positive rates of serum human growth factor receptor-2(Her-2) or topoisomer II(TOPII) between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). The positive rate of Her-2 after treatment in the observation group(26.56%,17/64) was lower than that in the control group(28.13%,18/64), and there was no significant difference in the levels of immune-related factors between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). In the observation group after treatment,the levels of white blood cells,interleukin-2(IL-2) and interferon-γ(IFN-γ) were higher than those of the control group, but there was no significant difference in the levels of interleukin-10(IL-10) between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05). The recurrence rate(54.69%,35/64) and metastasis rate(35.94%,23/64) after 6 months in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Yiqi Anshen Decoction can promote the recovery of immune mechanism, decrease the positive expressions of Her-2,TOPII and reduce the short-term recurrence or metastasis of breast cancer patients with deficiency of both Qi and blood.
