真武汤辨治阳虚水泛型儿童抽动障碍探讨

摘　　要：提出儿童抽动障碍病机为阳气虚损、水气内停,可予真武汤辨治。指出儿童元阳不足,阳气虚损,则无以养神柔筋;阳虚推动温煦无力,水液代谢敷布失常,水气客于筋脉肌肉,筋脉挛急,则肌肉抽动;水气上扰,蒙蔽神明,则出现精神障碍。儿童抽动障碍涉及精神与运动障碍两方面,真武汤温脾肾、利水气、舒筋脉、益精神,能有效辨治阳虚水泛型儿童抽动障碍,临床应用取得良好效果。附验案一则。It was proposed in this paper that the pathogenesis of pediatric tic disorder is deficiency of yang qi and internal accumulation of water,Zhenwu Decoction(真武汤)was proposed for treating the disease.It was pointed out that children with insufficient primary yang and deficient yang qi will not be able to nourish the spirit and soften the tendon.Yang deficiency fails to promote and warm,leading to disturbance of water metabolism.Water accumulates in tendons and muscles,causing spasm of tendons and muscle twitching.Water attacks upward,confusing mind will result in mental disorders.Pediatric tic disorder involves two aspects:mental disorder and movement disorder.Zhenwu Decoction warms the spleen and kidneys,promotes water metabolism,relaxes muscles and tendons,replenishes mind,which can effectively differentiate and treat pediatric tic disorder of edema due to yang deficiency.The clinical application has achieved good results.One effective case was listed.
