老官山医简《诸病》病名考释四则

摘　　要：老官山医简《诸病》记述丰富病名,一些病名不见于后世。综合文字学、训诂学、中医学知识,考释“伤中要脾”“月风”“勇瘕”“承瘕”四个病名,认为“伤中要脾”之“脾”乃“髀”之异体,谓“伤及腰部及大腿”;“月风”当作“肉风”,指风邪结搏于肌表的疾病;“勇瘕”之“勇”通“涌”,“涌瘕”为环脐而乱、小腹肿胀疼痛的积聚;“承瘕”指位于心下脐上,位置无定的积聚,兼有胀痛、呼吸急促、吐脓血等症状。“勇瘕”“承瘕”在《黄帝内经》中皆称为“伏梁”。Various Diseases of Laoguanshan bamboo slip for medicine,contains a wealth of disease names,some of which are unknown to later generations.This paper explained four disease names of“Shangzhong Yaopi”“Yuefeng”“Yongjia”and“Chengjia”according to philology,exegesis,and traditional Chinese medicine.“Pi”in“Shangzhong Yaopi”is the variant Chinese character of“Bi”which means injury to the waist and thigh.“Yuefeng”should be taken for“Roufeng”,meaning the diseases caused by wind pathogen combating on the exterior.“Yongjia”means the abdominal mass manifested as distending pain around the umbilicus and in the lower abdomen.“Chenjia”refers to the abdominal mass located below the heart,above the umbilicus,without fixed position,accompanied with distending pain,tachypnea,vomiting of purulent blood,etc.“Yongjia”and“Chenjia”are called“Fuliang”in Inner Cannon of Huangdi.
