拉克替醇散联合复方聚乙二醇电解质散在老年便秘患者结肠镜检查前肠道准备中的应用效果

摘　　要：为探讨拉克替醇散联合复方聚乙二醇电解质散在老年便秘患者结肠镜检查前肠道准备中的应用效果,选择2018年7月至2019年7月于我部拟接受结肠镜检查的186例老年便秘患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各93例,对照组应用复方聚乙二醇电解质散进行肠道准备,观察组联合应用拉克替醇散和复方聚乙二醇电解质散进行肠道准备。比较2组患者肠道清洁度、舒适度和不良反应。结果显示,观察组肠道准备合格率(91.4%)略高于对照组(88.2%),差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;但观察组肠道清洁度Ⅰ级患者比例(63.4%)明显高于对照组(40.9%),差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。观察组患者舒适度方面明显优于对照组,P<0.05。观察组出现不良反应的患者比例(9.7%)明显低于对照组(20.4%),P<0.05。结果表明,与单纯应用复方聚乙二醇电解质散进行肠道准备相比,老年便秘患者结肠镜检查前联合应用拉克替醇散和复方聚乙二醇电解质散进行肠道准备的效果更好,而且患者舒适度更高、不良反应更少。This study was to investigate the efficacy of lactital powder combined with compound macrogol electrolyte powder applied in intestinal preparation(IP)before senior constipation patients receiving coloscopy,randomly divided 186 senior constipation patients from authors’hospital to be subject to coloscopy from 2018-07 to 2019-07 into control group(93 cases,adopted compound macrogol electrolyte powder,for IP)and observation group(93 cases,added with lactital powder,for IP);then,compared both groups’intestinal clean degree,patients’comfortable degree and untoward reaction.As results,the qualified ratio of intestinal clean degree in observation group was 91.4%,while in control group,88.2%,but there was no statistical difference(P>0.05);yet,Ⅰgrade of clean degree covered 63.4%of patients in observation group,while,40.9%,in control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05);the comfortable degree covered 63.4%of patients in observation group,while,40.9%in control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05);the comfortable degree in observation group was significantly superior to that in control group(P<0.05);as for untoward reaction ratio observation group was significantly lower than control group(9.7%vs 20.4%,P<0.05).Results show that combination of both powders applied in IP before senior constipation patients receiving coloscopy has more better efficacy,more higher comfortable degree,and more less untoward reaction than alone anyone.
