摘  要:随着跨专业报考研究生的考生越来越多,跨专业研究生培养成为研究生教育研究的突出问题。基于学前教育专业硕士特点,结合贵州H高校的实际情况,分析跨专业背景学前教育专业硕士培养过程中面临课程学习、实践技能、论文撰写、职业选择等方面的困境,并探析困境的影响因素,最后从学校和学生两个层面提出培养路径,以期提高培养质量。With the cross-disciplinary postgraduate entrance examination more and more candidates,The cultivation of multi-specialty graduate students have become a prominent problem in the research of graduate education.Based on the discipline of the master training of preschool education,in conjunction with the H University of Guizhou,analysis the difficulties of curriculum learning,practical skills,thesis writing,career choice and so on,and influencing factors,In the process of training master degree of pre-school education;finally explores the path of the training of preschool education master at both the school and the student level,with a view to high-quality training.
