伽玛刀治疗原发性肝癌的临床疗效和安全性研究

摘　　要：目的分析伽玛刀应用于原发性肝癌患者治疗的临床效果。方法选取82例2016年3月—2017年3月期间郑州人民医院收治的原发性肝癌患者,采用随机数字表法将82例患者分为研究组和对照组各41例,对照组给予经皮肝动脉化疗栓塞治疗,研究组在此基础上给予伽玛刀治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果及安全性。结果研究组临床总有效率为80.49%,对照组有效率为58.54%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组6个月、12个月、24个月、36个月生存率分别为75.61%、68.29%、63.41%和58.54%,与对照组各时间段生存率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组与对照组不良反应发生率分别为12.20%和9.76%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论伽玛刀应用于原发性肝癌患者的治疗,总有效率明显提高,可以延长患者生存时间,且安全性较高,可在临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of gamma knife in the treatment of primary liver cancer.Methods A total of 82 patients with primary liver cancer treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group was given percutaneous hepatic artery chemoembolization treatment,and the study group was given gamma knife treatment on this basis.The clinical therapeutic effect and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate was 80.49%in the study group and 58.54%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The 6-month,12-month,24-month,and 36month survival rates of the study group were 75.61%,68.29%,63.41%,and 58.54%,respectively.Compared with the control group,the survival rates at each time period were P<0.05,showing statistical difference.The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group and the control group were 12.20%and 9.76%,respectively,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Gamma knife therapy in patients with primary liver cancer can effectively improve the clinical therapeutic effect of patients,prolong the survival time of patients,and is relatively safe,and can be widely used in clinical practice.
