摘 要:目的探讨静脉滴注丁苯酞对超早期溶栓治疗脑梗死患者氧化损伤及血小板活化因子(PAF)水平的影响。方法选择2019年3月—2020年3月河南省南阳市第二人民医院收治的74例脑梗死患者,按随机对照原则分为两组,各37例。对照组给予阿替普酶溶栓治疗,观察组在对照组基础上在溶栓前30 min,溶栓后3 d给予静脉滴注丁苯酞治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、氧化损伤指标[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)]、血小板活化因子(PAF)水平及不良反应情况。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率91.89%(34/37)高于对照组70.27%(26/37)(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组SOD(102.32±16.28),对照组(92.64±13.48)高于治疗前的(61.43±10.48)、(61.57±10.71),观察组MDA(7.34±0.91)、对照组(10.29±1.36)低于治疗前(14.18±1.03)、(14.31±0.87),观察组PAF(185.63±18.32),对照组(208.71±22.18)低于治疗前(270.34±19.24)、(267.47±16.53),观察组SOD(102.32±16.28)高于对照组(92.64±13.48),观察组MDA(7.34±0.91)、PAF(185.63±18.32)低于对照组(10.29±1.36)、(208.71±22.18)(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组不良反应发生率8.11%(3/37)高于对照组5.41%(2/37)(P>0.05)。结论静脉滴注丁苯酞能够有效提升超早期溶栓治疗脑梗死患者治疗效果,改善氧化损伤,降低APF水平,利于患者早期神经功能的恢复,安全性较高,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of intravenous infusion of butylphthalide on oxidative damage and platelet activating factor(PAF)levels in patients with cerebral infarction treated with ultra-early thrombolysis.Methods Totally 74 patients with cerebral infarction treated in the Second People’s Hospital of Nanyang City,from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the principle of randomized control,37 cases in each.The control group was given alteplase thrombolytic treatment,and the observation group was given intravenous butylphthalide treatment on the basis of the control group 30 minutes before thrombolysis and 3 days after thrombolysis.Compared the clinical efficacy,oxidative damage indicators[superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)],platelet activating factor(PAF)levels and adverse reactions of the two groups.Results After treatment,compared with the control group’s 70.27%(26/37),the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.89%(34/37),which was higher(P<0.05);After treatment,the observation group’s SOD was(102.32±16.28),and the control group was(92.64±13.48),were higher than(61.43±10.48)and(61.57±10.71)of that before treatment,the observation group’s MDA was(7.34±0.91)and the control group was(10.29±1.36),were lower than(14.18±1.03)and(14.31±0.87)of that before treatment,the observation group’s PAF was(185.63±18.32),and the control group was(208.71±22.18),were lower than(270.34±19.24)and(267.47±16.53)of that before treatment,and the observation group’s SOD was(102.32±16.28),higher than the control group’s(92.64±13.48),the observation group’s MDA was(7.34±0.91),and PAF was(185.63±18.32),was lower than the control group’s(10.29±1.36)and(208.71±22.18)(P<0.05);After treatment,the the observation group’s incidence of adverse reactions was 8.11%(3/37),slightly higher than 5.41%(2/37)of the control group(χ^2=0.214,P=0.643).Conclusion Intravenous infusion of butylphthalide can effectively improve the treatment effect
