摘  要:为应对全球温室气体的大量排放以及目前可再生能源发电面临的有利发电条件下发电量过剩、不利发电条件下发电量不足的难题,本文将CO2捕集利用与可再生能源发电技术结合,提出了CO2捕集利用-可再生能源发电调峰耦合技术的概念。该技术将燃煤电厂捕集的CO2提供给可再生能源发电厂,通过CO2压缩储能、CO2转化为甲酸等高能量化合物等手段,完成风能、太阳能等可再生能源发电厂在有利发电条件下过剩发电量的有效利用,实现过剩电力资源调配利用和CO2减排的双重效益。此外,燃煤电厂捕集的CO2还可作为地热能发电厂的携热介质,实现地热能资源的高效开发。CO2捕集利用-可再生能源发电调峰耦合技术可灵活调节可再生能源发电系统的运行状态,使得机组的净发电量和发电成本在一定范围内得到调控,实现经济效益。CO2捕集利用-可再生能源发电调峰耦合技术可有效解决可再生能源发电厂在有利发电条件下发电量过剩,不利条件下发电量不足的矛盾,在实现可再生能源发电厂发电调峰的同时实现燃煤电厂CO2的减排,可提高发电效率并缓解温室效应,在我国具有广阔的应用前景。In response to large amounts of global greenhouse gas emissions and the problem of excessive power generation under favorable power generation conditions and insufficient power generation under unfavorable power generation conditions in wind and solar power generations,this paper proposes a technology to integrate carbon dioxide capture and utilization with renewable energy power generation.This technology uses CO2 captured by coal-fired power plants as the energy storage medium of renewable energy power plants,through CO2 compression energy storage or CO2 conversion into high-energy compounds such as formic acid.Also,CO2 captured by coalfired power plants can be used as a heat transfer medium by geothermal energy production to achieve dual benefits of CO2 utilization and CO2 emission reduction.In a carbon dioxide capture and utilization-green energy power generation integration system,the operating state can be flexibly adjusted,so that the unit’s net power output,power generation cost and carbon emissions can be regulated within a certain range to achieve maximum economic benefits.Carbon dioxide capture and utilization-renewable energy power generation integration technology effectively solves the challenge of excessive power generation by wind or solar power plants under favorable powergeneration conditions and insufficient power generation under unfavorable conditions. This technologysimultaneously achieves peak shaving of wind or solar power plants and reduction of CO2 emissions from coalfiredpower plants and has broad application prospects in China.
