摘  要:为测度城市交通运行效率以探寻提升效率的有效途径,首先,通过改进传统的模糊综合评价模型,提出了一种N层嵌套式模糊综合评价模型,该模型能够较好地解决评价因素集存在异质性和多层次性的评价问题;然后,运用所提出的模型对2018年江苏13个城市的交通运行效率进行了测度.研究结果表明:江苏13个城市的交通效率普遍不高,平均效率值为0.46;其中,苏州的城市交通运行效率值最高,达到0.74,为较高等级;其次是无锡和南通,效率值均为0.54,为中等等级;淮安的交通运行效率值仅为0.35,全省最低.要提升城市交通运行效率,应从影响效率值的关键性因素指标入手,着重提升城市居民的公交出行比例.In order to measure the urban transportation efficiency and seek for effective approaches to promote the transportation efficiency.Firstly,the N-layer nesting fuzzy synthetic evaluation model is proposed based on the conventional model.And this model can be applied to solve the evaluation problems with factors of heterogeneity and diversity Secondly,the proposed N-layer nesting fuzzy synthetic evaluation model is applied to measure the urban transportation efficiency with the 13 cities’data of Jiangsu province’s in 2018.The result shows the following:the urban transportation efficiency values of 13 cities of Jiangsu province are not high on the whole,and the average value is 0.46.The efficiency value of Suzhou is0.74 which is the highest in rank,and it belongs to the higher level.The efficiency values of Wuxi and Nantong are both 0.54,and they belong to the medium grade The efficiency values of Huai’an is 0.35 which is the lowest.In order to improve the urban transportation efficiency the effective measures can be taken from the key influence factors which include improving the proportion of inhabitant’s bus trip and so on.
