摘 要:目的评估磁悬浮类血泵电磁串扰问题以及探索相应的解决思路。方法本文通过分析由控制器产生,经控制线传输的大电流驱动信号的信号波形,研究控制器信号调制、驱动方式等对所产生的电磁骚扰的大小、路径。结合其电磁特性的分析结果,如电磁场的分布、电磁能量的传递,评估这种电磁骚扰对其他植入器械如植入式起搏器、植入式除颤器等的影响。结果三相电机U、V、W控制驱动信号按照驱动时序在特定的时间引入驱动信号,完成对血泵转子的控制,本血泵的驱动信号(方波)频率约为40 kHz。在小转速条件下,脉冲宽度约等于5 ms;大转速条件下,脉冲宽度约等于1.8 ms。此外,不同工作模式下频谱成分基本一致,但分布有所差异。结论随着左心室辅助设备和其他心脏治疗设备协同治疗在终末期患者中变得越来越常见,设备的相互作用应该被考虑和重视。Objective To evaluate the electromagnetic crosstalk of magnetic levitation blood pump and explore the corresponding solutions.Methods By analyzing the signal waveform generated by the controller and the high current driving signal transmitted by the control line,the magnitude and path of the electromagnetic disturbance which caused by the modulation and driving mode of the controller were studied.Combined with the analysis results of electromagnetic characteristics,such as the distribution of electromagnetic field and the transmission of electromagnetic energy,the influence of electromagnetic disturbance on other implanted devices such as implantable pacemaker and implantable defibrillator was evaluated.Results Three phase motor U,V,W control drive signal in accordance with the drive sequence in a specific time to complete the control of the blood pump rotor,the driving signal(square wave)frequency of the blood pump was about 40 kHz.The pulse width was about 5 ms at low speed and 1.8 ms at high speed.In addition,the spectrum components of different working modes were basically the same,but the distribution is different.Conclusion As left ventricular assist device and other cardiac treatment devices are becoming more and more common in end-stage patients,the interaction of devices should be considered and valued.
