摘 要:新一代信息技术迅速发展,高校大数据人才培养正面临着巨大的市场机遇。由于传统的教育观念、培养模式、学科融合、教学内容、选聘师资等还存在不相适应的情况,高校培养的大数据专业人才不能完全、及时适应市场需求。因此,统计大数据行业的企业岗位需求对于设置、调整、充实高校大数据人才培养方案有着重要的实践指导意义。选取国内招聘市场的三大知名网站(前程无忧、拉勾网、智联招聘网站),编写程序爬取大数据相关招聘岗位的信息并进行预处理、统计分析与可视化显示,总结出就业岗位需求规律,提出针对高校大数据人才培养的对策建议。With the rapid development of the new generation of information technology, the cultivation of big data talents in colleges is facing a huge market opportunity. Due to the incompatibility of traditional educational concepts, training modes,discipline integration, teaching content, and teacher selection, the big data professionals trained by colleges can’t fully and timely adapt to the market demand. Therefore, it is of great practical guiding significance to set, adjust and enrich the big data talent training program in colleges to make statistics on the job demands of enterprises in the big data industry. This paper selects three well-known websites in the domestic recruitment market, writes a program to retrieve the information of big data-related recruitment positions, and conducts pre-processing, statistical analysis and visual display, summarizes the law of employment demand, and puts forward suggestions for the cultivation of big data talents in colleges.
