精准扶贫背景下大学生精准参与研究

摘　　要：大学生参与精准扶贫是适应当前扶贫攻坚战和应用型本科院校建设的需要。适应大学生知识与能力结构的精准参与方向主要有:教育贫困与大学生基础教育与职业技术教育精准扶贫;经济发展落后与大学生产业精准扶贫;社会保障不足与大学生养老、慈善精准参与;基层组织力量单薄与大学生组织建设精准参与。政府应建立大学生参与精准扶贫的特殊激励政策,高校应建立积极的组织参与、关系协调以及参与绩效制度,企业应加强扶贫项目对大学生力量的吸收与扶持力度。College Students’ participation in targeted poverty alleviation is to meet the needs of the current poverty alleviation campaign and the construction of application-oriented universities.The precise participation directions that adapt to the knowledge and ability structure of college students are as follows: education poverty and college students’ basic and vocational education targeted poverty alleviation;backward economic development and college students’ industry targeted poverty alleviation;insufficient social security and college students’ precise participation in pension and charity;weak grass-roots organizations and precise participation in college students’ organizational construction. The government should establish a special incentive policy for college students to participate in targeted poverty alleviation,colleges and universities should establish positive organizational participation, relationship coordination and participation performance system,and enterprises should strengthen the absorption and support of poverty alleviation projects for college students.
