摘  要:研究双孢蘑菇营养成分对运动性中枢疲劳的调节作用。采用分组试验,建立小鼠便秘模型,灌胃双孢蘑菇提取液。比较其对便秘小鼠的小肠、大肠蠕动的影响,对比小鼠血清中T-SOD和GSH-Px活性。试验结果表明,灌胃双孢蘑菇提取液对便秘小鼠小肠、大肠蠕动均有促进作用。与对照组相比,试验组小鼠的小肠炭末推进百分率、首粒含炭末粪便排出时间、6 h内炭末粪便数量/粒均具有显著性(P<0.01)。小鼠的T-SOD和GSH-Px活性均有所提高,与对照组相比,高剂量组、低剂量组的T-SOD的活力均显著增长(P<0.01),且高剂量组的效果更加明显。说明双孢蘑菇中的营养成分对运动性疲劳具有很好的调节作用,能够减轻运动性中枢疲劳。To study the regulatory effect of Agaricus bisporus nutritional components on exercise-induced central fatigue. The mice constipation model was established by grouping test. The effects of A. bisporus extract on the peristalsis of small intestine and large intestine of constipation mice were compared, the activities of T-SOD and GSH-Px in serum of mice were compared.The results showed that the extract of A. bisporus could promote the peristalsis of small intestine and large intestine in mice with constipation, compared with the control group, the propulsive percentage of small intestinal charcoal powder, the first time of excretion of charcoal powder in feces, and the number/particle of carbon powder feces in 6 h in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01). The activities of T-SOD and GSH-Px were increased, compared with the control group, the activities of T-SOD in high and low dose groups were significantly increased(P<0.01), and the effect of high dose group was more obvious. The results showed that the nutritional components of A. bisporus have a good regulatory effect on exercise-induced fatigue, and can reduce the exercise-induced central fatigue.
