摘　　要：在对食用菌行业调研的基础上,探究金融投入到食用菌行业时所牵涉的法律问题,根据问题提出相目的是措施,目的是维护食用菌品牌以促进品牌特色的形成,按法律规定进行财政拨款促进农民转变生产方式,以财政拨款支持等帮助食用菌行业在全新形势挑战下,更好地利用金融资源来不断发展自己;也能帮助农民增加收入,解决地区发展不均衡的问题。Based on the investigation of the edible fungi industry, this paper explores the legal issues involved in the financial investment in the edible fungi industry, and puts forward corresponding measures according to the problems. The corresponding measures are put forward according to the problems, which aim to maintain the edible fungi brand to promote the formation of brand characteristics, carry out financial allocation in accordance with the provisions of the law to promote farmers to change the mode of production, and use financial allocation support to help the edible fungi industry under the challenge of the new situation, make better use of financial resources to continuously develop themselves;it can also help farmers increase their income and solve the problem of uneven regional development.
