摘　　要：为了提高企业管理效率和管理水平,降低人力管理成本,越来越多的企业采用信息化人力资源管理。依据Delphi软件开发技术,开发了一款适用于中小企业的人力资源管理系统,实现了人力资源的信息化管理。根据企业需求将系统分为4个功能模块,对各模块数据信息流程进行了详细设计,并分析了系统的SQL Server2008数据库建设。依据Delphi技术对系统各个模块进行了开发研究,建立了一套高效的人力资源管理系统。按照设计目标和软件特点对系统进行了功能测试、整体测试和安全测试。In order to improve the efficiency and level of enterprise management and reduce the cost of human resource management,more and more enterprises adopt information⁃based human resource management.Based on Delphi software development technology,this paper develops a human resource management system for small and medium⁃sized enterprises,which realizes the information management of human resources.The system is divided into four functional modules according to the needs of the enterprise,and the data information process of each module is designed in detail,and the SQL Server 2008 database construction of the system is analyzed.According to Delphi technology,each module of the system is developed and researched,and an efficient human resource management system is established.According to the design goal and software characteristics,the system is tested in function,whole and safety.
