摘　　要：纵横证首见于《伤寒论》中,肝木疏泄失常,肝邪乘脾,导致脾胃功能失常,此属于纵证;肝邪旺盛,木旺而侮金,肝邪侮肺,可导致一系列肺系症状,此为横证。纵横二证虽症状不同,但皆为肝经实证,病位在肝,故治疗上均应从肝着手。肝以条达为顺,肝气条达则气血通畅,土木平和。若肝气郁而不行,则会导致血脉瘀滞、肝气乘脾、痰湿内生,从而阻碍气机。气机紊乱,上下出入不利,则会变生寒热,最终导致痰、瘀、寒、热错综复杂,相互胶结,变生百病。治疗纵横证皆可针刺期门以治肝,治肝则治脾,治肝亦治肺,肝气条达则诸证自消。Zongheng syndrome was first seen in Treatise on Febrile Diseases.The liver′s function of controlling conveyance and dispersion is abnormal,and the liver pathogen attacks spleen,leading to the spleen and stomach dysfunction.This is Zong syndrome.Liver pathogen is prosperous,and the liver pathogen attacking lung,which can cause a series of pulmonary symptoms.This is Heng syndrome.Although the symptoms of Zongheng syndrome are different,they are all excessive syndrome of liver meridian.The location of the disease is liver,so the treatment should start from liver.The liver preferes to free activity.The qi and blood will be unobstructed when the liver qi is smooth,and the spleen and liver will be harmony.If the liver qi is stagnant,it will lead to blood stasis.The liver pathogen attacks spleen,leading to phlegm and dampness endogenous,thereby hindering the qi movement.Disturbance of the qi movement and obstruction of up and down will cause cold and heat,which will eventually cause phlegm,blood stasis,cold and heat to cement each other and cause all kinds of diseases.Zongheng syndrome can be treated by acupuncture at Qimen(Liv14)acupoint for the treatment of liver.The treatment of liver is the treatment of spleen,and the treatment of liver is also the treatment of lung.When the liver qi is regulated,all syndromes will disappear.
