摘 要:目的:探索高清染色内镜(I-scan)技术与卢戈染色应用于诊断早期食管癌的临床效果。方法:选取2018年12月-2019年12月疑似食管癌患者100例,经影像学方法诊断确诊82例。所有患者均进行卢戈液检测技术、I-scan技术及常规内镜检测,分析三种方法对早期食管癌的临床诊断效果。结果:I-scan联合卢戈染色诊断的敏感度、阳性预测值均高于其他单一诊断方法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用I-scan技术与卢戈染色联合诊断早期食管癌,能有效提高检出率,提升疾病检查符合率,对于后期临床治疗有重大意义。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of I-scan technique and Lugo’s fluid staining in the diagnosis of early esophageal cancer.Methods:From December 2018 to December 2019,100 cases of patients with suspected esophageal cancer were enrolled,82 cases were confirmed by imaging method.All patients were tested with Lugo’s fluid staining,I-scan and routine endoscopy,the clinical diagnosis effect of three methods on early esophageal cancer was analyzed.Resuts:The sensitivity and positive predictive value of I-scan combined with Lugo’s fluid staining were higher than that of other single diagnostic methods,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:I-scan technique combined with Lugo’s fluid staining can effectively improve the detection rate and the coincidence rate of disease examination,which is of great significance for the later clinical treatment.
