高清染色内镜技术与卢戈液染色联合应用在早期食管癌诊断中的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探索高清染色内镜(I-scan)技术与卢戈染色应用于诊断早期食管癌的临床效果。方法:选取2018年12月-2019年12月疑似食管癌患者100例,经影像学方法诊断确诊82例。所有患者均进行卢戈液检测技术、I-scan技术及常规内镜检测,分析三种方法对早期食管癌的临床诊断效果。结果:I-scan联合卢戈染色诊断的敏感度、阳性预测值均高于其他单一诊断方法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用I-scan技术与卢戈染色联合诊断早期食管癌,能有效提高检出率,提升疾病检查符合率,对于后期临床治疗有重大意义。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of I-scan technique and Lugo’s fluid staining in the diagnosis of early esophageal cancer.Methods:From December 2018 to December 2019,100 cases of patients with suspected esophageal cancer were enrolled,82 cases were confirmed by imaging method.All patients were tested with Lugo’s fluid staining,I-scan and routine endoscopy,the clinical diagnosis effect of three methods on early esophageal cancer was analyzed.Resuts:The sensitivity and positive predictive value of I-scan combined with Lugo’s fluid staining were higher than that of other single diagnostic methods,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:I-scan technique combined with Lugo’s fluid staining can effectively improve the detection rate and the coincidence rate of disease examination,which is of great significance for the later clinical treatment.
