摘　　要：目的:探讨神经内镜经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术的临床疗效和并发症情况。方法:2017年1月-2020年12月收治垂体瘤患者23例,随机分为两组。对照组实施显微镜经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术治疗;研究组实施神经内镜经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术治疗。比较两组临床效果。结果:研究组术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间及肿瘤全切率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在垂体瘤患者的临床治疗中,显微镜经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术和神经内镜经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术均具有一定效果,但神经内镜手术中出血量更少,手术时间更短,术后恢复更快,且肿瘤全切率高,术后并发症发生率低。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and complications of neuroendoscopic transsphenoidal pituitary adenoma resection.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2020,23 patients with pituitary adenomas were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with transsphenoidal microsurgery for pituitary adenoma.The study group was treated with neuroendoscopic transsphenoidal pituitary adenoma resection.We compared the clinical effects of the two groups.Results:In the study group,intraoperative blood loss,operation time,hospital stay and tumor resection rate were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of pituitary tumor,transsphenoidal microsurgery for pituitary adenoma and neuroendoscopic transsphenoidal pituitary adenoma resection all have certain effect,but in neuroendoscopic surgery,intraoperative blood loss is less,operation time is shorter,and postoperative recovery is faster,and the total tumor resection rate is high,the incidence of postoperative complications is low.
