摘　　要：精准扶贫工作关系到全面建成小康社会基本目标的实现,高职院校在精准扶贫工作中承担着义不容辞的社会责任,应充分利用人才和智力优势,采取扶贫与扶志扶智相结合、建立帮扶责任部门、建立贫困户档案、后备干部派驻扶贫村、产业扶贫、争取政府相关部门支持、一把手工程和建立党员教育基地等多种策略,解决精准扶贫工作深度、广度、精度、难度、速度、厚度、力度和持久度问题,做好精准扶贫这篇大文章。Targeted poverty alleviation work plays an important role in realizing the basic goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,and it's incumbent on higher vocational colleges to take the social responsibility in the targeted poverty alleviation work.It's advisable for colleges to apply different strategies to carry out the task,such as making full use of talents and intellectual advantages,combining poverty alleviation and courage,wisdom support,establishing archives of poor households,sending the reserve cadres to aid the poor village,sticking to industry poverty alleviation,getting support from relevant government departments,establishing party member education base,etc.With all these effective measures,higher vocational colleges will be able to deal with targeted poverty alleviation work's depth,breadth,accuracy,difficulty,speed,thickness,intensity and durability,and finally better carry out the targeted poverty alleviation task.
