利斯的明透皮贴剂联合复方海蛇胶囊辅以电针对阿尔茨海默病患者疗效及依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨利斯的明透皮贴剂联合复方海蛇胶囊辅以电针对阿尔茨海默病患者疗效及依从性的影响。方法选取我院2017年12月~2019年5月收治的阿尔茨海默病患者150例,根据治疗方法的不同采用随机数字表法将入组人群分为对照组和观察组,每组各75例。其中对照组予复方海蛇胶囊辅以电针百会穴治疗,观察组予复方海蛇胶囊联合利斯的明透皮贴剂辅以电针百会穴治疗。通过比较两组患者治疗前及治疗12周后蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Montreal cognitive assessment,MoCA)、日常生活活动量表(Activities of daily living,ADL)和阿尔茨海默病行为病理评定量表(Behavior pathology in alzheimer's disease rating scale,BEHAVE-AD)评估两组患者的临床疗效,通过比较两组患者治疗前及治疗12周后药物副反应及脱落率评估两组患者的依从性。结果经过12周的系统治疗,观察组MoCA评分、ADL评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组BEHAVE-AD评分较对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组脱落率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组药物副反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论利斯的明透皮贴剂联合复方海蛇胶囊辅以电针可以有效改善阿尔茨海默病患者的认知功能及精神病性症状。Objective To explore the effect of the Lisdamine transdermal patch combined with Fufang Haishe Capsules supplemented by electroacupuncture on the efficacy and compliance of patients with Alzheimer's disease.Methods 150 Alzheimer's disease patients admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to May 2019 were selected.According to the different treatment methods,the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was given Fufang Haishe Capsules supplemented with electroacupuncture at Baihui points,and the observation group was given Fufang Haishe Capsules combined with Lisdeming transdermal patch supplemented with electroacupuncture at Baihui points.By comparing the two groups of patients before treatment and after 12 weeks of treatment,the Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA),activities of daily living(ADL),behavior pathology in Alzheimer's disease rating scale(BEHAVE-AD),and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were evaluated.The compliance of the two groups was evaluated by comparing the side effects and drop-off rates of the drugs before and after 12 weeks of treatment.Results After 12 weeks of systematic treatment,the MoCA score and ADL score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The BEHAVE-AD score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The drop-off rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in side effects between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Listigmine transdermal patch combined with Fufang Haishe Capsules and electroacupuncture can effectively improve the cognitive function and psychotic symptoms of Alzheimer's disease patients.
