石榴补血糖浆对Wistar大鼠贫血症影响的探究

摘　　要：目的探究石榴补血糖浆对Wistar大鼠贫血症的影响。方法通过喂食Wistar大鼠低铁饲料并辅以少量尾静脉放血建立血虚模型。造模成功后大鼠随机分为模型组,石榴补血糖浆高、中、低剂量组和阳性药物组,另设空白对照组,各组给予相应的干预措施。在第10天和第20天采血测定血常规;在第20天处死大鼠,采集血液和骨髓,测量血清中促红细胞生成素(EPO)含量,检测骨髓内有核细胞数量和有核细胞中干细胞因子(SCF)、粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)的核酸和蛋白表达。结果各石榴补血糖浆组相较于模型组临床症状有所缓解,死亡率降低,外周血细胞增多,血清中EPO含量降低。中剂量组与模型组相比,骨髓有核细胞数增加,且有核细胞中SCF、GM-CSF的核酸和蛋白表达水平升高。结论石榴补血糖浆对Wistar大鼠贫血症有明显的缓解作用。Objective To investigate the effect of pomegranate blood-enriching syrup on anemia in Wistar rats.Methods An anemia model was established in rats by feeding a low-iron diet. Different doses of pomegranate bloodenriching syrup were then given for 20 consecutive days. Blood samples were taken on the 10 th day for routine blood analysis. On the 20 th day,rats were euthanized and blood and organs were collected. Serum erythropoietin( EPO) levels and the number of nucleated cells were determined. Nucleic acid and protein levels of stem cell factor( SCF) and granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor( GM-CSF) in bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells were detected.Results The clinical symptoms of the different pomegranate blood-enriching syrup dose groups were relieved compared with those of the model group. Mortality was reduced and the number of peripheral blood cells increased. Serum EPO levels were decreased. Compared with the model group,the number of nucleated cells in the bone marrow and the levels of SCF and GM-CSF in the medium dose group were increased. Conclusions Pomegranate blood-enriching syrup has a clear therapeutic effect on anemia in Wistar rats.
