摘 要:外来植物入侵对我国农业生产的危害极大,已成为制约农业可持续发展的主要因素之一。利用可培养方法,从入侵植物刺萼龙葵及其近缘非入侵植物少花龙葵体内分别分离出11株和5株内生细菌,其中芽孢杆菌种类居多,两者共有的种类包括贝莱斯芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、解淀粉芽孢杆菌3种;不同内生菌在两类植物体内根、茎、叶不同部位分布具有一定的差异性。研究结果为阐明入侵植物刺萼龙葵的入侵机制提供了理论基础。The invasion of exotic plants is harmful to agricultural production in China and has become one of the main factors restricting the sustainable development of agriculture.Using culturable methods,11 and 5 endophytic bacteria were isolated from the invasive plant Solanum nigrum and its related non-invasive plant Solanum nigrum,among which bacillus were the most common species,and the common species of the two plants were bacillus belis,bacillus subtilis and bacillus amylolyticus;The distribution of different endophytic bacteria in different parts of root,stem and leaf of the two kinds of plants was different.The results provide a theoretical basis for expounding the invasion mechanism of the invasive plant solanum nigrum.
