小肝癌根治性治疗的现状及进展

摘　　要：肝细胞癌是全世界最常见恶性肿瘤之一,随着对健康体检的重视及影像学技术的发展,原发性小肝癌(直径≤3cm)的确诊率逐步增高。在小肝癌的背景下,手术切除、消融及肝移植仍是治疗的基石。本文将就手术切除、消融及肝移植临床应用现状及进展进行综述。Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is one of the most frequently occurring types of malignancy.With the improvement of cancer surveillance and the development of advanced imaging technology,the early diagnosis of primary small HCC(diameter≤3cm)have significantly increased.In the context of the small HCC,surgical resection(SR),ablation,and liver transplantation(LT)remain the cornerstone of therapy.We will review the current status and progress of surgical resection,ablation and liver transplantation.
