摘　　要：在开展食品安全管理工作的过程中,从百姓生活需求角度出发,对食品安全管理问题进行剖析,对具体策略进行探讨是非常重要的。在这个过程中,无论是政府还是其他社会主体都要发挥自身的职能作用,进而提升我国的食品安全管理水平。In the process of carrying out food safety management in China,it is very important to analyze food safety management problems and discuss specific strategies from the perspective of people’s living needs.In this process,both the government and other social subjects should play their own functions and roles,so as to better improve the level of food safety management in China.
