摘  要:中央储备粮永城直属库中心库的仓房为20世纪90年代所建的旧式仓房,仓房的气密性和隔热性已无法达到目前科技储粮和绿色储粮的要求。为贯彻落实中央储备粮永城直属库公司提出的大力推进科技储粮技术应用,提高科技储粮使用率的方针,本文探究了仓房门窗隔热性改造对仓房气密性和隔热性能的影响。结果表明:门窗密闭改造可以有效提高仓房的气密性和隔热性,同时结合内环流控温技术,可以实现低温储粮,显著改善储粮环境。As the central grain reserve Yongcheng directly under the central warehouse for the 1990s built in the old warehouse,warehouse air tightness and thermal insulation can’t meet the current technical and green grain storage requirements.In order to implement the company’s policy of vigorously promoting the application of scientific and technological grain storage technology and increasing the utilization rate of scientific and technological grain storage,this article explores the influence of the thermal insulation transformation of warehouse doors and windows on the air tightness and thermal insulation performance of warehouses.The results show that the airtightness and heat insulation of the warehouse can be effectively improved by the closed door and window renovation.At the same time,combined with the internal circulation temperature control technology,low-temperature grain storage can be realized and the grain storage environment can be significantly improved.
