摘 要:转录组测序技术不断发展并逐渐应用于食药用菌研究中,其在揭示食药用菌生长发育过程中的分子机制方面表现出独特的优势。本文回顾了近年来食药用菌的转录组学研究成果,综述了转录组测序技术在食药用菌子实体发育相关基因挖掘、SSR分子标记开发和探索次级代谢产物的生物合成3个方面的应用,并对转录组测序技术结合其他分子生物学技术在食药用菌中的进一步研究进行展望,为今后开展食药用菌的研究提供参考。Transcriptome sequencing technology has been continuously developed and gradually applied to the study of edible and medicinal fungi,showing unique advantages in revealing the molecular mechanism of the growth and development of edible and medicinal fungi.In this paper,the research status of transcriptome in edible and medicinal fungi in recent years was reviewed,and the application of transcriptome sequencing technology in three aspects of gene mining related to fruit body development of edible and medicinal fungi,development of SSR molecular markers,and exploration of biosynthesis of secondary metabolites summarized.The further research of transcriptome sequencing technology combined with other molecular biological technologies in edible and medicinal fungi was prospected,which provided reference for future research on edible and medicinal fungi.
