摘　　要：外科手术是非小细胞肺癌的重要治疗手段,其术后定期随访是早期发现和治疗肿瘤复发转移或第二原发肿瘤的有效方法,可提高患者的生活质量,改善预后。本共识旨在完善我国非小细胞肺癌患者术后随访方案,为负责非小细胞肺癌患者术后随访的同道提供参考,进一步提高我国肺癌规范化诊疗水平。Resection is crucial for treating non-small cell lung cancer.Routine follow-up after surgery is an effective method for early detection and treatment of tumor recurrence and metastasis or the second primary tumor,which can improve the quality of life of patients and their prognosis.This consensus aims to provide a reference for colleagues responsible for postoperative follow-up of non-small cell lung cancer patients in China,and further improve the standardization of lung cancer diagnosis and treatment.
