我国信息产业发展水平对教育效率的空间效用分析

摘　　要：首先分别建立信息产业和教育效率的评价指标体系,运用熵权法、SFA-DEA、Moran’s I等方法,对信息产业和教育效率进行空间相关性分析;然后建立空间面板Tobit相关模型,验证信息产业对教育效率的空间溢出效应.结果显示:信息产业对教育效率具有正向溢出效应,且在区域间存在差异,表现为东、中、西依次递减的特点;区域差异源于局部集聚性和集聚阴影效应;总体而言,信息产业基础设施、产业规模及其发展环境对教育效率溢出效应明显.信息产业应用只在东部具有明显的扩散效应,中部和西部地区对信息产业基础设施依赖性强;信息产业发展环境对东西部有正向溢出效应;信息产业规模对我国东中西部都有正向溢出效应.建议充分发挥信息产业空间溢出作用,推动区域协调联动发展;对区域产业因地制宜,保障区域发展高效率.This paper established the evaluation index system of information industry and educational efficiency,and used entropy weight method,SFA-DEA,Moran’S I index and other measurement methods to analyze the spatial correlation between information industry and educational efficiency.On this basis,a space panel Tobit model is established to verify the spatial spillover effect of information industry on educational efficiency.The results show that the information industry has a significant positive spillover effect on educational efficiency,and its spillover effect varies greatly among regions,showing the characteristics of decreasing in the eastern,central and western regions.Regional difference results from local agglomeration and agglomeration shadow effect.In general,the information industry infrastructure,industry scale and development environment have obvious spillover effects on education efficiency.The application of information industry has obvious diffusion effect only in the east,while the central and western regions are more dependent on the infrastructure of information industry.The development environment of information industry has positive diffusion effect on the east and the west.The scale of information industry has positive diffusion effect on the east,middle and west of China.Finally,according to the empirical conclusions,the corresponding policy recommendations are put forward.
