摘  要:对于传统VIENNA整流器开关器件少、功率因素高且无需设置驱动死区时间等优点,VIENNA型整流器受到国内外研究者广泛关注。然而其动态响应速度慢、电流谐波大易产生电网污染、抗干扰能力差等问题,成为学者研究突破的方向。目前最广泛使用的VIENNA整流器的PI控制,在鲁棒性和动态性能及上述问题中存在不足。为实现整流器性能的优化调节,本文提出一种基于滑模变结构的控制策略。即采用滑模变结构控制作用于电压外环、采用重复控制应用于电流内环。通过仿真得到电路参数对比图,验证该控制策略的显著优势。证明内模控制采取重复控制策略的VIENNA整流器具有良好的鲁棒性及动态性能。For the advantages of traditional VIENNA rectifier such as less switching devices,high power factor and no need to set drive dead zone time,VIENNA rectifier has attracted extensive attention from researchers at home and abroad.However,its response dynamic speed is slow,current harmonic is easy to produce grid pollution,poor antiinterference ability and other problems,become the direction of research breakthroughs.The PI control of the most widely used VIENNA rectifier has shortcomings in robustness and dynamic performance and above mentioned problems.The control strategy based on sliding mode variable structure is proposed:current inner loop adopts repetitive control and voltage outer loop adopts sliding mode variable structure control to realize optimal regulation.The feasibility of the control strategy is verified by the simulation results,which shows that the repetitive control as an internal model control strategy has good robust performance and dynamic performance.
