摘  要:基于AutoForm软件在零件设计及工艺开发的应用,调整门槛内板搭接关系,优化其造型平面高度差,取消法兰台阶,使零件具备由拉深工艺改为落料成形工艺的前提和基础。生产工艺更改后可省去拉深模,减少了修边工序,降低了生产成本。结果表明:门槛内板的材料利用率提高了17%,节约成本约16万元,为汽车冲压同步工程提供了零件优化案例。Based on the application of AutoForm software in part design and process development,the parts had the premise and foundation of changing from drawing process to blanking forming process by adjusting the lap relation of the threshold inner plate,optimizing the height difference of its modeling plane,and cancelling the flange step.After changing production process,the drawing die could be eliminated and the trimming process was reduced,which reduced production cost.The results showed that the material utilization rate of the threshold inner plate had been increased by 17%,and the cost had been saved by¥160000,which provided an optimization case for the automobile stamping synchronization engineering.
