摘　　要：校园欺凌是一个世界各国普遍存在且日趋严重的问题,对涉及其中的青少年都会产生短期或长期的不良影响。面对我国治理校园欺凌的法律困境,通过完善立法、严格执法、公正司法,切实推进校园欺凌的综合治理。School bullying is a widespread and increasingly serious problem in countries around the world,and can have short-term or long-term adverse effects on the teenagers involved.In the face of the legal dilemma of governing school bullying in China,it is necessary to strengthen legislation,improve judicature and effectively promote the comprehensive governance of school bullying.
